Tomato Watermelon Greek Salad
Delicious and simple Greek Salad get ready in 5 minutes. This is fruity twist to classic Greek Salad with watermelon instead of cucumber. Simple dressing to go with it.

- Dressing
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¾ tablespoon red wine vinegar
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- For salad
- 1 ½ cup romaine heart torn into pieces
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- ½ cup orange bell pepper
- 1 cup cubed watermelon
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- ½ tablespoon mint
- 8 olives pitted
- ¼ cup feta
- In a large bowl add the ingredients for the dressing and mix well. 
- To this add torn pieces of romaine hearts, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped orange bell pepper, cubed watermelon, chopped parsley and mint. And give a good stir so that dressing will coat uniformly. When you read to serve add feta and pitted olives. 
- You need to serve this salad immediately if you keep it will be liquid.
