Christmas is almost here, It is on Friday We moved to new house here, so this Christmas is more special .My kids are waiting for Santa to bring presents as the new house doesn't have chimney, Santa is going to comes through front door and dropping the presents under the Christmas Tree. I think most of you started baking Christmas cakes, if you haven't started yet here is 11 delicious cakes; some are easy and some are little hard, try it, you will like it. Here is list of Christmas cakes from my kitchen.
This is famous Christmas cake from my home town Kerala, India, where dry fruits and nuts are soaked in rum /brandy for months and then made it into moist fruit cake. I made 2 version of it here it is.
