Do you know September is the national Breakfast month? Breakfast is one thing you are not supposed to miss. While growing up our breakfast was Dosa, Idly, puttu, appam etc. After marriage it becomes cereal, oatmeal and bread. Now after having kids it become bread and its derivatives only.
For this month make your favorite breakfast recipes and link it here.
I would like to know why that particular dish is your favorite, if it has story like, mom made it or grandma made it, and then add that.
If you already blogged about favorite dishes, then make a revisit and add a fresh twist to it by tweaking recipe or changing ingredients etc.
A linky will be open from 1stof the month to month end. Now it is from September 1st to September 30th 2012.
You can link only one recipe to linky.
No Archived post. Recipe should be posted in your blog from 1stto month end.
Recipe can be with or without egg and also gluten or vegan free.
You have to link this announcement post in the recipes; using logo is welcome but not mandatory.
Non-bloggers can also welcome, send me full recipe with a photograph to this e-mail.
From next month onwards this event is open for guest hosting, if anybody interested let me know by leaving a comment here or contact me favoriterecipes12@gmail.com
Last month our favorite recipe event was about noodles or pasta dishes. There were 14 beautiful entries where there. I am excited about that. The most beautiful looking Tomato pasta recipe is from Serana bakes simply from Scratch
And most fiery noodles are from Schezwan vegetable noodles from Merry Tummyand Chili garlic noodles from Sweatha in the Kitchen.
There was chicken hakka noodles from Cuisine delightsand vegetables Hakka noodles from Sanoli’s Kitchen.
Pasta with white sauce from Nan’s yum yum, vegetable and tomato noodles from Sara’s taste buds
Mixed vegetable pasta from Priyanka’s simple and delicious recipes , Pasta with fireroasted tomato from humpy dumpy kitchen
This is Swathi ( Dr. Ambujom Saraswathy Ph.D) from Zesty South Indian Kitchen who loves to explore cuisines from all over the world. Whenever possible I try to to give an Indian touch to several of the world cuisine, and has weakness for freshly baked bread. All the recipes you see here are created by me and approved after taste-test by my family.
