I stock up a lot of things in my freezer, such as lot of French cut beans, frozen peas, Chinese potato, tender jackfruit, my daughter’s favorite ice cream, vegetable broth and puff pastry? I love puff pastry a lot, and most of the time if I need a snack I make hand pie/ vegetable puffs with them. One time when I made peach tart, my daughter took out all the peaches and only ate puff pastry. You can think about demand of puff pastry in our house.
