Storage
Store Rose Petal Pistachio Cardamom sourdough bread at room temperature, tightly wrapped in a cotton cloth or paper bag, for up to 2 days to preserve the crust while preventing dryness.
For longer storage, slice the loaf and freeze it in an airtight bag or container for up to 2 months; thaw slices at room temperature or toast directly from frozen. Avoid refrigerating, as it speeds up staling and dulls the delicate floral aromas.

This sounds just lovely! I even have the food grade rose petals, though they are getting old. Good reason to use them! And I picked up some cinnamon pistachios at Costco to try, I think that would be fantastic in here with the cardamom, my favorite spice.
