Delicious homemade yogurt bark studded with berries and chocolate chips to go with Turkey and Cheese Armour® Lunchmakers® + Drink
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Armour®. The opinions and text are all mine.
Preparing food for kids is stressful when they are picky eaters. Their taste changes every other day. If you give them a sandwich one day, the next day you can’t repeat it as they are already bored with it. It is hard to keep them enjoying food every day. With the holidays right around the corner, I am anticipating all the travelling my family and I will be doing. I finally found a solution for the kids’ meal. Armour® Turkey and Cheese LunchMakers® pair great with this yogurt bark. Yes, Armour released a LunchMakers® + Drink!, takes away the stress of worrying about the food that our children will eat; they are the BEST on-the-go meal option. You can find them in the deli section at your local H-E-B.

There are also many varieties of Armour LunchMakers + Drink: Ham & American Cheese, Pizza with Pepperoni, and Nachos. I will check out all the varieties later. You can find these in the deli section next to the other portable meals.
How I Made Homemade Yogurt Bark
Along with Armour LunchMakers + Drink, I decided to treat them with homemade yogurt bark, which is an easy recipe. Both my kids are big fans of yogurt. They usually drink small bottles of yogurt. Last week they wanted to try Greek yogurt which I had bought for my baking experiment. So, I decide to make them yogurt bark. Just mix in honey or any other sweetener to the Greek yogurt and then add your favorite berries and toppings. I used raspberries, blueberries and mini chocolate chips. For my son, every dessert needs to have chocolate chips. Without them, nothing is dessert. Frozen yogurt studded with gorgeous blue and red berries and chocolate is a delicious and fun dessert! You can enjoy it with any meal. I didn’t flavor the yogurt bark with vanilla extract, if you want you can add that too. If your kids love nuts, then incorporate that too. First, mix all of your desired ingredients. Then, put it in freezer and forget it for another 4-6 hours. Dessert is ready after that!
Sometimes I like to serve the Armour LunchMakers + Drink with fresh berries too, like raspberries, blueberries and strawberries. These are my kid’s favorite berries. Berries are healthy, so I like to incorporate them in their meals whenever possible. They forget the sugary stuff once they see the berries. For my son, only a few vegetables exist in the world. Also, among the fruits he only likes berries and bananas. On the other hand, my daughter is still flexible, and her fruits and veggies list has slightly more items. That is the only saving grace.
Next time when you are looking for kids’ lunch or quick meal solutions, make sure to pick up Armour LunchMakers + Drink at your local H-E-B store! You can also pick up some fresh fruit and Greek yogurt from H-E-B and make this delicious Yogurt bark at home and serve with Armour LunchMakers+ Drink. Your kids will approve just like mine, I am sure about that. After all, in the busiest season of the year with lots of traveling, we moms need to make sure that kids have eaten well. These LunchMakers + Drink are really a great idea.
