This brownie batter smoothie is made with raw cashews, pecans, almond butter, almond milk, cocoa powder, oatmeal, vanilla extract and banana. Brownie Batter Smoothie with Chocolate mint Omega Swirl
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup raw cashews
- 1 tablespoon pecan
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 medium banana
- ½ tablespoon Maple syrup Increase the amount to 1 tablespoon if you want more sweetness
- 1 tablespoon Seriously Delicious™ Essential Woman® Chocolate Mint
- Goji berries for topping
Instructions
- Soak cashew nuts and pecan about 2-3 hours or overnight. Then process everything, oatmeal, banana, cashews, pecan, almond butter, vanilla extract, maple syrup and chocolate mint omega swirl. into fine smoothie. Enjoy with goji berries on top.
