Happy Earth Day to all my readers and friends. Let us take a moment to give a thought to our great planet in the busy world. Earth always takes care of its inhabitants like a great land lord. Whether it is plant, animal or human beings it considers everybody the same and showers its love and provides a wonderful shelter to us. I wonder if we realize that we are tenant on this earth only for some period time, after that we have to vacate and show way to our kids, grand kids and great grand kids. Everybody is worried about today and tomorrow but not after that. Do you recycle your favorite water bottles, milk bottles or any other bottles made of plastic? Do you recycle the metals can or newspapers? If not please take the time to start doing this. That will help to make our successive generations have a nice place to stay. We as a family try to recycle as much as possible. So please join me in this mission of trying to recycle as much as we can and help the earth to stay in her purity.
Coming to today’s recipe it is an easy and delicious way to start your busy morning. I usually start my day with a cup of coffee, where as my hubby is tea person. Our morning breakfast is sometime oatmeal, most of the time it is whole wheat bread with scrambled eggs made by my hubby. Both I and princess like to take our bread with Nutella. However hubby goes for peanut butter. My prince likes Nutella, but he has bad allergy to it and if he tries to eat it his mouth including cheeks will become red. Then I have to give him some medication to subside those allergies caused by those tasty nutella. I usually make strawberry smoothie, but then I thought why not try a variation and add some nutella, coffee?
I tried to reduce the calories by using 2 % milk. I used 2 tablespoon of Nutella, if you are nutella fan, you can add more. I won’t say it is healthy drink as 2 tablespoon nutella has 5 teaspoon sugar. Some time we can try this drink not every day. Occasional indulgence is oaky I guess?
Finally I made this smoothie with all my ingredients for tasty breakfast. You can call it is a breakfast on the go. I would love to have this not only for my breakfast or any other time of the day. Sure try it. I made it less sweet. Adjust the sweetness according to your taste buds. Try it, it won’t disappoint you.
Here comes the recipe.

Strawberries are expensive and I don't get the great quality ones over here but certainly adore the rest of the flavors. This is a stomach filling drink and a wake up to my taste bud. But that berries I am assuming can be replace with other fruits as well.
